First time, it feels amazing.
I think like the beginning went slowly with the ear popping and all that. But as we were talking about, I didn't realise that your lungs feels like so clean. I could really feel my body relaxing and the tension easing during the session. My shoulders were sore before, but they feel much less tight now — I can actually feel the difference just by touching the muscles. The lactic acid soreness is still there a bit from training last night, but this treatment gave me the relief I was hoping for. The tightness I felt when I arrived is so much looser now, and the muscles feel more supple to the touch.
Even when I stretch or move around, there’s noticeably less pain, especially in my neck and shoulders. Everything from my neck down through my shoulders feels looser and more relaxed.
